Porcelain and ceramic tile may also display shade variation due to differences in manufacturing, glazing techniques, and production batches. While these products are more consistent than natural stone, slight variations in tone and pattern are still considered normal.
Important: Shade and color variation is a natural characteristic of the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Because every project is unique, we recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order to better understand the color, texture, and overall appearance of the product.

Production Lots
Materials from different production lots or quarry batches may exhibit natural differences in color and shade. We recommend ordering your full project quantity at one time to help maintain the greatest possible consistency throughout your installation.

Claims related to shade variation, color variation, or visible cosmetic differences cannot be accepted after installation.
